Travel from Midway International Airport

We’re located about 30 miles (50 km) from Midway. The travel time by car is typically about 40-60 minutes, depending on traffic.

By Train

To access our facility by train a traveler can use CTA’s Orange line train service at Midway Airport, but a traveler must first take the train into Chicago’s downtown Loop and then transfer to either CTA’s northbound Purple or Red line (depending on time of day) and may need to transfer from the Red to Purple line at the Howard Station. There may be as many as 29 train stops, so this is not the quick route!

By Rental Car

To access our facility by car from Midway, you can use these driving directions:

  • Proceed north on Cicero Avenue out of airport
  • After about 1.5 miles and exit right to take the entrance ramp to northbound I-55 (Stevenson Expressway) and head north(east) towards Chicago.
  • Proceed about 4.5 miles on I-55 north(east) toward downtown Chicago and then take Exit 292A and follow signs to I-90/I-94 (westbound) heading toward Wisconsin.
  • Follow I-90/I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) westbound (really, north- or northwest-bound) about 9.5 miles and then merge/split onto the I-94 Edens Expressway headed towards Milwaukee. At this split, stay in the right lanes in order to take the I-94 Edens Expressway (rather than the left lanes for I-90 headed towards O’Hare Airport).
  • Continue going north on I-94 about 6 miles to the Dempster Street exit (Exit 37B).
  • Turn right on Dempster Street and proceed east about 2.5 miles to McCormick Blvd (crossing Skokie Blvd and Crawford Ave. as major streets).
  • Turn left and proceed north on McCormick Blvd. about 0.8 miles north to Emerson Street (also called Golf Road at this point).
  • Turn right on Emerson Street and proceed east about 1 mile to Asbury Ave (the 2nd stop light after McCormick Blvd.)
  • Turn right on Asbury Street and go south about 0.5 block to the first available left hand turn. Turn left on Lyons Street and proceed to its dead-end entrance into an alley. Turn left and proceed into the alley. Your first available right hand turn will be the entrance to our parking lot and building.
