Led by the pioneering work of Dr. Gregory B. Olson, our Chief Science Officer and co-founder, our personnel are among those who have literally “written the books” and developed compelling real-world results that materials can in fact be designed, that they should be evaluated as systems, and that today’s computational technology can accurately predict material performance.

Our practical, rapid application of integrated computational materials engineering (ICME) focuses on providing real-world design solutions.  To do so, we’ve built a team to provide truly Integrated Computational Materials Design™ service and equipped them with the skills, tools, resources and efficient stage gate design and development process to implement our disruptive approach and technology. Our personnel comprise some of the world’s foremost computational material design engineers, who together with other key staff members execute our integrated, applied focus to rapidly design, invent, qualify, insert and bring new materials to market.

As a firm we’ve received many honors and awards, but of course it’s our people who create them that are our strongest asset.
